DR. CHRISTOPHER J. PAONI DDS
Providing the quality dental care in a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere are the priorities of Dr. Christopher J. Paoni DDS. Dr. Paoni is among the most accomplished and regarded general dentist in the Southeast Kansas. He is diligent in his pursuit to stay current in providing the profession’s leading dental care procedures while utilizing the state-of-the-art technology, supplies, and equipment.
Dr. Chris Paoni grew up in Raytown Missouri, and established his resident in Girard Kansas in 1993. He has over 25 years experience in dentistry.
He did his undergrad at the University of Missouri – Kansas City where he decided to pursue a degree in Dentistry. He then went on to obtain a Graduate Degree in 1990 at the University of Missouri – Kansas City, School of Dentistry. During Dental School Dr. Paoni was a member of the PSI Omega Fraternity. He also, has had training in Invisalign (clear braces), and continues to increase his knowledge by attending continuing education classes in many areas of dentistry.
Dr. Paoni has been involved in many professional clubs and activities. He served as the President for the Pittsburg Dental Study. In 2002 was the President of the SEK Dental Society. Dr. Paoni also served on the Advisory Board for the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas. Furthermore, he is a standing member of the American Dental Association, and the Kansas Dental Association. Importantly, Dr. Paoni has been a part of the Kansas Mission of Mercy, donating his dentistry to people in need.
Dr. Paoni Participates in many local clubs and organizations and is a strong supporter of local schools and athletics. Dr. has donated his time with the local Optimist Club, Chamber of Commerce, and the Girard Planning and Zoning Commission. He is also on the Board at the Exchange State Bank. Dr. Paoni serves as a member of the Affiliate Medical Staff of the Girard Medical Center.
Dr. Paoni provides quality dentistry for his patients, caring for adults and children in his practice. He is widely recognized across the Southeast Kansas area for his thorough and gentle care of patients of all ages. He is a fervent believer in preventive and conservative dentistry. He works closely with his patients to create a life-long dental care plan that encourages daily attention to dental health and promotes healthy teeth and gums.
Outside of the office, Dr. Paoni enjoys traveling with his wife, Dawn, and their children. In his free time, you will find him on the golf course or working in his yard.

Our staff is a unique staff! All team members have over 10 to 20 years experience in the dental field. Also, we are proud of the fact that we have all worked together for over 10 years! We are like a family, and treat our patients like a part of our family!
Tracy
CDA
Tracy has called Girard her home since 1999. She started her career as a dental assistance in 1996 with Christopher J. Paoni, DDS. She holds both a Certified Dental Assistant Certificate and a Supragingival Scaler License. Tracy is quick to make her patients feel at ease by building confidence, trust and friendship with each one. She enjoys camping and hanging out with her family at the lake.

Abby graduated in 2005 from the Dental Hygiene Program at Missouri Southern State University. She is very dedicated to the dental health care profession and enjoys educating and encouraging patients through their dental journey. She loves getting to know her patients and building long term relationships. Abby grew up locally and still resides in St. Paul, Kansas, with her husband and their three children. She enjoys hanging out with her family and friends, while supporting their children actively involved in sporting events.
Kim
Treatment Coordinator
Kim is the friendly face at the front desk. She has worked in the dental field since 1999, dedicated to helping patients with every step of their dental visit from making patients feel comfortable, scheduling appointments, helping patients understand their treatment plans to processing their insurance claims. She is very creative and loves to spend her spare time traveling with her family or just hanging out all together at the lake.

Patty has been a certified dental assistant for over 28 years. She enjoys working in the dental field, and has a passion for helping others, but feels if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. She is active in her Church, enjoys cooking, and loves spending time with her husband and traveling with her daughter.
Janet
Office Manager
Janet joined the dental field in June of 2014 as the office manager, bringing years of office experience to the team. She is grateful to work in a fun and caring environment. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and any spare time working in the yard.
Tiffany

Tiffany graduated from the North Central Technical College, Dental Hygiene Program in 2007. Before attending hygiene school she was a dental assistant for 8 years. You will find that she is compassionate, able to put her patients at ease and ensures a positive dental experience. Tiffany loves her career as a dental hygienist and considers all of her patients as family. In her spare time, she loves being with family and friends whether it is traveling or spending time at the lake.
